Questions about official Augusta County criminal records belong with the agency that holds them. This private resource cannot retrieve, correct, certify, or remove a record. The contacts below route court files to the new Verona courthouse, sheriff reports to the office on Lee Highway, jail matters to Middle River, and statewide histories to the Virginia Department of State Police.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference resource. It cannot provide an official history, retrieve a file, fix or remove an entry, or accept an expungement petition. The responsible government custodian must handle those services.
